General – What is personal data
Personal data is any information relating to a person who can be identified, that is, to identify himself / herself by that identifier. Such information is for example the name, address, date of birth and gender of the member, mobile phone number, e-mail address and user data, such as a member’s name and password (Regulation 2016/679 / EU).

In general, we do not collect any personal information other than those submitted by the site users when they use the Contact Form located on our site (see “Contact Form”). Anonymous data related to the use of the site and / or for advertising purposes are also collected with the use of cookies, as described in the relevant section of this document (see “Cookies Policy”).
Contact Form
When you contact us through the contact form located on our website, you fill in your name, your phone number and your e-mail address. This data is collected by us only for the purpose of communicating with you regarding your query (s) and is kept in our database for a certain period of time (up to 6 months) exclusively for customer service purposes. By filling in the details on our contact form, you give your consent to the collection of this data for the purposes described above. For how long do we keep your personal data
The data collected through the contact form is kept in our database for a certain period of time (up to 6 months) and exclusively for customer service purposes.
If you leave a comment on our site, your comment and its metadata are kept indefinitely. This is so that we can automatically recognize and approve tracking comments rather than keeping them in a queue.
For users who sign up on our site, we also store their personal information they provide to their user profile. All users can view, edit, or delete their personal information (except their username) at any time.
What rights do you have on your personal data
If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you may request that you receive an export file of the personal data that we hold for you, including any data you have provided to us.
